Everything DiSC© is a market leading profiling tool. This introduction is specifically aimed at groups of individuals or in-tact teams within the organisation. By bringing together several people at the same time, we focus on how they can interact in a more dynamic way. Using their Everything DiSC© reports, we introduce them to the model itself, what it achieves as the opportunity to take away powerful tools and techniques for improving behaviours across the business. The half day workshop is a real eye opener, as well as a bit of fun too! Ultimately it will drive home the need to adapt certain behaviours: getting people from where they are to where they need to be.

For this programme, we offer the Workplace Report in the Everything DiSC© suite which gives an entry level understanding of behaviours. The online assessment takes 15 minutes to complete and is unique to the employee.

Everything DiSC© workshop

Once all participants have completed their reports, we then arrange a half day workshop. This is to introduce the model itself and what it is designed to do. Once people are familiar with the key messages from the model, we then go through the participants reports and walk through some powerful feedback and observations. The workshop ends with some tangible takeaways that people can apply in their everyday tasks, as well as understanding how to adapt to others for improved results.
