I have been working with Elaine for over 5 years now. It was something that I originally thought I didn’t need and started from a place of – what can a coach do for me? I already like who I am?

In all honesty I took to it instantly and looked forward to our meetings. Elaine has a gift of making you feel so comfortable, I think we have literally discussed everything, from work, family, friends, relationships. What is special is that no matter how varied the conversation or how far I have gone off the subject, at the end of each session she analyses what I have said so accurately and summarises in a way that is focussed and clear that it is easy to set clear objectives that relate back to my role and our business.
